Terms of Service & Operational Warranty Shield

By purchasing, deploying, downloading, or accessing SystemShield, the Nomads Complete Forensic Suite, or the web portal, you ("Licensee" or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms with Nomads Security Suite LLC.

1. Strictly "AS-IS" Software Warranty

THE SERVICES, SOFTWARE, DAEMONS, AND SCRIPTS PROVIDED BY NOMADS SECURITY SUITE LLC ARE DELIVERED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED ERROR-FREE HEALING.

2. Absolute Limitation of Liability (NSS LLC Is Not Liable)

Under no legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) shall Nomads Security Suite LLC, its founder, officers, contractors, or employees be liable to you or any third party for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
Loss of profits, operational downtime, enterprise interruption, or business disruption;
Loss, corruption, unrecoverability, or destruction of files, operating system registries, or memory blocks;
Hostile zero-day intrusions, advanced persistent threats (APTs), AI-assembled exploit chains, ransomware execution, or data breaches that bypass or subvert defensive heuristics;
Hardware system crashes, kernel panics, or BSOD events arising from thread intervention.

In all circumstances, NSS LLC's aggregate cumulative liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the actual fees paid by Licensee to NSS LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

3. Forensic Licensing & Silicon Hardware Lock Enforcement

Licensee acknowledges that each Nomads Complete Forensic Suite purchase constitutes a strictly non-transferable, single-machine silicon license. Any attempt to defeat, bypass, or spoof hardware fingerprinting (HWID), unpack binary assemblies, or duplicate write-blocked USB keys automatically revokes the license without refund and triggers termination of services.

4. Independent Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively within state or federal courts situated in Maricopa County, Arizona.
