This Privacy Policy outlines how Nomads Security Suite LLC ("NSS LLC", "we", "us", or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company, handles identity, billing records, and endpoint telemetry collected via our website, SystemShield client runtimes, and the Nomads Complete Forensic Suite.

1. The Zero-Brokerage Pledge (We Do Not Sell Your Data)

We do not monetize your personal information or system telemetry. NSS LLC will never sell, lease, rent, trade, syndicate, or broker your email addresses, identity details, telemetry metrics, or system hashes to any data brokers, ad networks, or commercial third parties under any circumstances.

2. Telemetry & Data We Actually Collect

Account & Invoicing: Primary business email, full name, phone number, and Stripe transaction identifiers needed for software licensing, node billing, and support triage.
Silicon Hardware Licensing (HWID): An algorithmic hash generated from host component identifiers (Motherboard UUID, CPU processor IDs, and drive serial numbers) used solely to anchor single-node SystemShield licenses and air-gapped Forensic Suite USB keys.
Defense & Incident Telemetry: Anonymized runtime metrics (thread execution states, exploit containment events, and performance metrics) necessary to provide autonomous healing and verify active daemon integrity.

3. Subpoenas, Court Orders & Adversarial Government Demands

Our Operational Defense Stance:

NSS LLC does not willingly collaborate with warrantless surveillance, bulk data grabs, or fishing expeditions. We will never disclose private user records or client telemetry unless served with a formally valid, binding judicial warrant or court order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction having direct authority over an Arizona entity. Even when served, our standard legal policy is to rigorously challenge, narrow, and contest every subpoena to the fullest extent permitted by law, demanding strict judicial scrutiny and asserting all applicable constitutional protections before disclosing a single byte.

4. Cryptographic Air-Gaps & Ephemeral Local Forensics

The Nomads Complete Forensic Suite operates entirely client-side. Physical memory dumps, MFT carvings, and recovered file blocks remain on your examiner rig or hardware write-blocked drive. They are never ingested by or streamed to NSS LLC cloud endpoints.
